Your Health Investment Plan
Do you have a healthy retirement plan? Chances are you've given at least some thought to your future retirement funds. But, have you realized that if your wellness is not optimal, your retirement funds will quickly go down the drain? To help you achieve a fulfilling and less costly retirement, I've developed a test to measure your wellness index. Rate yourself a 0-2 on the following, with (0) meaning never, (1) meaning occasionally, and (2) meaning faithfully. Your score will help you determine whether you will be able to spend your long-saved retirement funds on your favorite hobbies or on hospitals.
1. How often do I get adjusted to take care of my spine and nervous system?
2. How often do I supplement with high-quality, pure fish oil?
3. How often do I take a complete probiotic, containg the seven essential bacterias that my digestive system requires?
4. How often do I juice or supplement with a multivitamin/multimineral derived from whole, organic foods, such as Intramax?
This is the Eat Well section of your Wellness Evaluation, with the next section coming in tomorrow's health tip. Rate yourself truthfully so that you can tell whether you are currently investing in your wellness or waiting to spend your retirement on hospital bills.
