High Fructose Corn Syrup and Mercury
Posted on 2010-03-17 05:13:06
Mercury is a potential neurological toxin. It is very dangerous to the
nervous system and especially to children who have developing brains.
According to the Journal of Pediatrics,
mercury is used to produce thousands of products including food
ingredients like high fructose corn syrup. This product enhances the
shelf life of processed food, and mercury is used in part as a
preservative. In this study, 45% of samples analyzed had significant
levels of mercury. The daily exposure of mercury from high fructose corn
syrup can exceed the exposure of dental fillings by over a thousand
percent. More information tomorrow...There are no comments for this post. Please use the form below to post a comment.
