Using Dry Beans

There are many varieties of dried beans. My favorites are Lima, pinto, black-eyed peas, black beans, and kidney beans.

Try just adding your favorite veggies and some chicken broth with spices to your favorite beans, and you'll have a tasty healthful meal when you're ready to eat.

Black beans and pintos taste great with a couple of cut up tomatoes or 1 can of diced tomatoes.

Remember---Planning ahead helps stop the fast food stops!!!
