Let me tell you a bit about Fibromyalgia. I have discovered that it can be caused from physical,  emotional, and chemical stresses.

1) Physical stresses include subluxations (interferences to your nervous system) caused from accidents or poor posture.

2) Emotional traumas can cause not only subluxations and muscle spasms, but also depletion of essential nutrients from your body. These can all lead to chronic pain.

3) Chemical stresses involve toxicities and deficiencies. Tomorrow I will discuss the most common of these nutritional and chemical causes.
