Are you ready for part two of your wellness evaluation? Remember, rate yourself a 0-2 on the following, with (0) meaning never, (1) meaning occasionally, and (2) meaning faithfully.

1. How often do you eat fresh fiber first?

2. How often do you stretch and do your posture exercises?

3. How often do you do aerobic and strength training exercises?

4. How often do you have an attitude of gratitude?

5. How often do you think positive about your health and healing?

6. How often do you read your Bible and pray?

Calculate your score, and on Monday I will give you the scale!
