One thing I have learned from experience is that one of the leading causes of body pain is lack of adequate omega 3 fats and too much Omega 6 fats which create a fat-like tissue hormone called prostaglandin number 2, or PG2 for short. Your pain could be caused by eating the wrong fat or NO fat at all. Do you know that the aspirin makers generate billions of dollars every year? They do this through the uninformed public who are trying to feel healthy by TRICKING the body. Really, taking an aspirin every day, regardless if it is a baby or adult time-released product, is NOT GOOD FOR YOU!! You are throwing off the normal fat physiology in your body.
