Eat Well, Move Well, Live Well, THINK Well.

Consider our verse of the the day:

Trust in the Lord with all thine heart, and lean not unto thine own understanding. In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths (Proverbs 3:5-6, KJV).

In addition to a healthy nervous system and a healthy body, an essential element of our health is a healthy mind. We achieve this by dwelling on positive things in our life throughout the day. There are many negative aspects of life that we have no control over, aspects that, if dwelled upon, will drag us down spiritually. However, we choose what we allow in our minds, and we can choose to think on positive things that God has blessed us with. This also allows us to focus on those things that we can change and make a difference in. And the best part is, God promises in Proverbs that if we acknowledge Him in all our ways (including our thoughts), He will guide each step throughout our day. And what could give us greater peace of mind than this certainty? So focus on building a healthy mind today and ask God to help you acknowledge Him throughout every single part of your day. Then let Him take care of the rest!
