FLU FOOD and FLU DEFENSE

A new term has been coined: "FLU FOOD" or food that fuels the flu. FLU
food is consumed passionately by millions of Americans in many
different forms. The main ingredient of FLU FOOD is sugar!! Dairy and
wheat are also major FLU FOODS. The effects of all three of these are
increased by antacids.
As for FLU DEFENSE, your tools are your nervous system, the liver, and the colon. Take care of your defenses by getting adjusted regularly, by eating daily your ABC's (Apples, Beets, and Carrots), and by taking daily your probiotics and fish oil.
